Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by The Company of Her, including Sacred Life Coaching, Intuitive Guidance, Sacred Circles, retreats, workshops and any related offerings.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Services
All services offered by The Company of Her are intended for personal growth, reflection and self-development.

Sacred Life Coaching and Intuitive Guidance are not therapy, counselling, medical,] or mental health services and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care.

Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing, choices, and actions.

Eligibility
Services are available to adults aged 18 years and over.

By engaging in services, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and understand the nature of the work.

Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be made via the designated booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Coaching journeys are commitment-based and are offered as multi-session packages.

Discovery Calls
Discovery Calls are complimentary and offered to explore mutual alignment.

Completion of a short questionnaire prior to the call is required. Discovery Calls do not constitute coaching or therapeutic services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clear boundaries support a safe and respectful container for all clients.

• Individual sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, as outlined at the time of booking.

• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.

• Package sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.

Specific cancellation and rescheduling details are provided during the booking process and apply to all services.

Circles, Group Work and Retreats
Participation in circles, group offerings and retreats is voluntary.

While confidentiality within group spaces is encouraged, The Company of Her cannot guarantee the actions or confidentiality of other participants.

Retreat-specific terms (including deposits, cancellation policies and logistics) will be provided separately and apply to those offerings.

Confidentiality
All 1:1 sessions are held in a confidential container, except where disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Information shared in group settings should be treated respectfully, though confidentiality cannot be guaranteed outside the facilitator’s control.

Intuitive and Spiritual Practices
Intuitive tools and spiritual practices (including oracle cards, tarot, pendulum work, meditation, ritual or energy awareness) may be used where appropriate and with consent.

These practices are offered as reflective and supportive tools only and are not predictive, diagnostic or directive.

Clients retain full sovereignty and responsibility for their decisions.

Personal Responsibility
By participating in services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

The Company of Her does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Company of Her is not liable for any loss, injury or damages arising from participation in services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including written content, recordings, rituals and resources, are the intellectual property of The Company of Her.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website.
