I am a Sacred Feminine Leadership Coach.

I support high-achieving women who have built successful careers in their field, but feel disconnected from themselves behind the performance required to sustain it.

I work with women who are ready to step beyond self-abandoned and survival-driven leadership and lead from embodied authenticity, clarity and our beautiful feminine authority - strengthening boundaries, reclaiming our voice and integrating power with presence so you can elevate your current leadership or courageously realign your path without losing yourself.

My coaching is spiritually grounded and intuitively led. It integrates reflective practices, embodiment and inner self-work to support women who have spent years being capable, supportive and strong and are now at a point of reckoning — ready to strengthen boundaries, reconnect with their inner truth, and come home to their full, sovereign selves.

My coaching model creates a deeply intentional space that honours the whole woman — mind, body, and spirit — while remaining grounded in practical tools of boundaries, values and self-leadership.

How we work together

Coaching sessions are held 1:1 in a confidential, supportive space and are available, to suit your needs, as follows:

  • 6-session journey (12 weeks)

  • 12-session journey (6 months)

Both options allow time for reflection, integration and meaningful change.

All coaching begins with a questionnaire and Discovery Call, offering space to explore what you’re seeking and whether working together feels aligned.

  • Sacred Life Coaching is a spiritually grounded, intuitive coaching approach that honours the whole woman — mind, body, and spirit — while remaining practical and embodied.

    This work supports you to slow down, listen inward, strengthen self-trust and boundaries and move forward in alignment with your truth

  • This coaching is goal-driven, but not performance-based.

    I work with intentions, boundaries and values, while the foundation remains deep listening, presence and intuitive support. You don’t need ‘fixing’ - only space and support to reconnect with your inner authority and make aligned choices from that place.

  • No — only open and curious.

    This work is spiritually grounded but not prescriptive. You do not need to follow a particular belief system or practice. Everything is approached with respect, discernment, and choice.

  • No. Sacred Life Coaching is not therapy, counselling or a replacement for mental health support.

    Coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, self-leadership and forward movement. If therapeutic or clinical support is required, I will always encourage appropriate referrals.

  • All coaching begins with a complimentary Discovery Call.

    This call allows us to explore what you’re seeking, answer questions and sense whether working together feels aligned. This work is based on mutual fit and shared intention.

  • Sacred Life Coaching is offered as a 6-session (12 weeks) or 12-session (6 months) journey.

    This structure allows space for depth, reflection and integration. This is not drop-in coaching — it is commitment-based work designed for meaningful change and I will hold you accountable, with love of course!

  • Each session is unique and led by what’s present.

    We begin with clarity around your intentions and the goals you’re working toward and explore aligned actions to support them. Sessions may also include reflective inquiry, intuitive guidance, embodiment practices, journaling prompts or practical exploration around boundaries, values and self-leadership.

    You are always in choice around what you share and how you engage.

  • Yes. All coaching sessions are held within a confidential, respectful and supportive container.

  • Clear boundaries support safety for both of us.

    Rescheduling policies and notice periods are outlined at the time of booking and apply to all sessions. These are designed to honour the container and the commitment involved.

  • That’s exactly why the Discovery Call exists.

    You do not need to have clarity — only curiosity. The call is a space to explore whether this work feels like the right support for you at this time.
