My name is Nat. I created The Company of Her in 2025 to support women exactly like you and me — women ready to remember who they truly are beneath the roles, the stories and the expectations.
There comes a point where you stop trying to be who you were told to be… and start remembering who you actually are.
This is a space for that.
I write about love, heartbreak, friendships, motherhood, identity and the messy, beautiful process of becoming a woman who knows her worth.
Not from a place of judgement, we have enough of that, but from lived experience.
My writing is raw, reflective and honest.

What is a Sacred Feminine Leadership Coach?
Being a Sacred Life Coach, focusing on Feminine Leadership, means working intuitively and practically, in a way that honours your mind, body and soul.
My coaching is spiritually grounded and intuitively led, integrating reflective practices, embodiment and inner self-work to support women who have spent years being capable, supportive to others and strong and are now at a point of reckoning — ready to strengthen boundaries, reconnect with your inner truth and come back home to your full, sovereign selves.
As your coach, I will hold space with depth and presence, in a way many women have never experienced before, offering clear reflection and intuitive guidance that align with your boundaries, values and self-leadership, so you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and move forward in alignment with your full feminine leader self.
Training & Foundations
I am a qualified Life Coach through Beautiful You Coaching Academy and am committed to ethical practice and ongoing professional development. I am also completing my yoga teacher training.
Alongside this, I have trained extensively with the Psychic Mediumship College, grounding my intuitive work in ethical frameworks, consent and discernment. My intuitive practice includes psychic mediumship and energy awareness, always used with care, permission and respect for personal sovereignty.
I draw on decades of senior leadership and community service, including years of volunteer service and Emergency Service work, as well as lived experience as a single mum of two teenage daughters.
This blend of coaching, intuition, and real-world wisdom allows me to hold space with both soul and structure.
