My name is Natalie Godward, but please call me Nat.
I created The Company of Her in 2025 to support women exactly like you and me — women ready to remember who they truly are beneath the roles, stories and expectations.
There comes a point where you stop trying to be who you were told to be… and start remembering who you really are.
This is a space for that.
I hold circles every New and Full Moon, offer intuitive healing readings, work as a Sacred Feminine Leadership Coach and write about love, heartbreak, friendship, motherhood, identity, and the messy, beautiful process of becoming a woman who knows her worth.
Every space I create for women is nurturing, reflective and honest.
If you’ve ever stayed too long, given too much, questioned your worth or felt caught between versions of yourself, I would love to work with you.

What is a Sacred Feminine Leadership Coach?
Being a Sacred Life Coach with a focus on Feminine Leadership means I work with you, the real you. Together, we lean into what makes you tick - as a woman and a leader.
As a successful corporate leader and deeply intuitive woman, I work with women who hold senior positions in their businesses, communities and families. Women who have spent years succeeding within systems that taught us to prioritise logic over intuition, productivity over presence, being liked over being respected and being strong instead of showing any kind of vulnerability. These amazing women are highly capable, yet often disconnected from parts of themselves that long to be seen, expressed and trusted.
Sacred Feminine Leadership is about remembering that your sensitivity is not a weakness and your feminine qualities are not obstacles to leadership - they are actually your greatest power.
My coaching is intuitive and grounded in truth. We will work together to peel the layers and observe who you are, and where you desire to go through intuitively led reflective practices, embodiment, self-inquiry and inner work. My work honours the whole woman - mind, body, heart and soul.
When you are ready to reconnect with your truth, love and trust yourself more deeply, honour you boundaries and lead from authenticity rather than expectation, I am here for you.
As your coach, I’ll be your greatest Cheerleader by holding space with depth, presence and compassion while also offering reflection, guidance and intuitive insight.

Training & Foundations
I am a qualified Life Coach through Beautiful You Coaching Academy and am committed to ethical practice and ongoing professional development. I am also completing my yoga teacher training.
Alongside this, I have trained extensively with the Psychic Mediumship College, grounding my intuitive work in ethical frameworks, consent and discernment. My intuitive practice includes psychic mediumship and energy awareness, always used with care, permission and respect for personal sovereignty.
I draw on decades of senior leadership and community service, including years of volunteer service and Emergency Service work, as well as lived experience as a single mum of two teenage daughters.
This blend of coaching, intuition, and real-world wisdom allows me to hold space with both soul and structure.
