We hear about supermoons, blood moons and new moons everywhere. There’s no shortage of cosmic information.

But how do you actually anchor that energy into your body and life?


Energetically, the Moon invites us into polarity and rhythm – a continuous cycle of becoming → releasing → remembering → re-becoming across her 28-day journey. Each lunar phase serves a purpose, mirroring our own feminine cycles of growth, shedding and renewal.

When honoured intentionally, the Moon becomes a powerful ally – helping you release what no longer fits, reconnect with your truth and embody the woman you are beneath the noise.

In 2026, The Company of Her invites you to Sacred Circles of Fire & Light – monthly women’s circles designed to support your return to yourself and reconnect with the goddess within. These circles are for women who feel called to remember who they are beneath the roles, expectations and constant doing – and who are ready to surrender, release and step forward as their sovereign selves. 🤍

Each month, you can attend in-person (deeply held in sisterhood) or receive a guided moon ritual to complete in your own sacred space, aligned to the same lunar energy and intention. Sacred Circle dates listed below.

How the Circles Are Held

🌕 Full Moon — Her Release

Full moons illuminate what has been hidden – bringing clarity, truth and culmination. This is yang energy: visible, expressive and ready to be released.

Through guided meditation, liberation practices and sacred sisterhood, we’ll witness, highlight and release what comes up and lift the weight you’ve been carrying for too long. These circles are for you if you feel ready to let go – of limiting beliefs, fears, stories, emotional weight or patterns that no longer align with the woman you are becoming.

The sky is dark, and the cosmic energy is focused on yin, void, womb space, potential… it’s for you if you’re ready to choose yourself and move forward.

Through guided meditation, grounding and sacred circle sharing. We’ll set intentions and plant seed for new beginnings through vision, self-trust and subconscious alignment – allowing you to embody your quiet power, sovereignty and inner-knowing.

Your questions, answered.

  • These circles are for women who feel called to slow down, reconnect inward and honour their own cycles. Many women who attend are navigating transition, change, growth or simply a desire to live more intentionally.

    You do not need prior experience with circles, meditation or moon rituals.

  • No. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to simply listen, reflect and be present.

  • Circles are intentionally limited to seven women to preserve intimacy, safety and energetic integrity. Smaller groups allow for deeper presence, better holding and a more meaningful experience for each woman.

  • These circles are intentionally held as women-only spaces.

    While we deeply respect and value men, this container is designed to support the unique experiences women carry — our cycles, bodies, roles, conditioning, transitions and the ways we often hold and give to others. When women gather together, a particular safety, softness and honesty becomes available.

    This is a space where women can speak freely, be witnessed without explanation and reconnect with themselves in a way that is uniquely supported by being in circle with other women.

    There is no exclusion in this choice — only intention.

  • Each month, a guided own-space Moon Ritual (PDF + audio) is available so you can work with the same lunar energy in your own time and space.

  • The circles are spiritually grounded, not religious. Language and practices are inclusive and respectful of each woman’s personal beliefs.

  • No. These circles are not therapy or a replacement for professional mental health support. They are a complementary, reflective and embodied practice for personal growth and self-connection.

  • Yes — ethically and with consent. As an intuitive facilitator, I always ask permission before inviting spiritual or energetic support. All practices honour personal boundaries and sovereignty.

  • For in-person circles:

    • Your favourite journal and pen – we’ll provide pen and paper if needed

    • A warm layer

    • An open heart
