Your three-day immersion includes accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals and a thoughtfully curated program of experiences designed to support connection, reflection and renewal.
These include women's circles, gentle movement, somatic breathwork, meditation, journaling and time immersed in nature, including a special experience connecting with Gulaga Mountain and Country.
-
Not at all.
Everything is designed to be welcoming and accessible, whether these practices are familiar to you or you're experiencing them for the first time.
There is no expectation to perform, achieve or be anything other than yourself.
-
Discover the Mysteries of Her invites you to connect more deeply with yourself, nature and the wisdom within.
There are elements of mindfulness, reflection, connection to Country and personal exploration, but you don't need to follow any particular spiritual practice or belief system to participate.
We invite you to take from the experience what feels meaningful to you.
-
We'll be providing freshly cooked nourishing vegetarian meals throughout the immersion.
The retreat will also be alcohol-free, creating a space for presence, connection and wellbeing.
-
You don't need to be particularly fit or have experience with yoga or movement practices.
Our intention is to offer gentle, supportive experiences rather than anything physically demanding. Some activities will take place outdoors, so please contact us before booking if you have mobility concerns or accessibility requirements so we can discuss what's involved.
-
Absolutely! In fact, we expect many women will come on their own.
Discover the Mysteries of Her is an opportunity to step away from everyday life, connect with yourself and share a beautiful experience with other women.
You don't need to know anyone before you arrive. Come just as you are and be prepared to leave with some new soul sisters in your life.
-
No. Every woman will have her own private bedroom.
Our accommodation consists of six beautiful two-bedroom cottages, nestled in the natural surrounds of Mystery Bay. You'll share a cottage with one other woman while having your own private space to retreat to whenever you need it.
-
Yes. While this is a shared immersion, we understand how important it is to have moments of quiet and personal reflection.
The weekend has been thoughtfully designed to offer a balance of guided experiences, connection with other women and opportunities to rest and simply be.
-
We've designed Discover the Mysteries of Her as a complete, shared immersion, with each experience contributing to the journey of the weekend.
We encourage you to give yourself permission to be fully present throughout the three days rather than treating the retreat as a base for independent sightseeing.
There will still be opportunities for personal space, rest and quiet reflection within the program.
The immersion finishes at approximately 11:00am on Sunday leaving time for you to explore the area after that. -
Yes! We offer the option to pay in four equal instalments, making it easier to spread the cost of your experience.
-
We'll share a suggested packing list and everything you need to know before the retreat.
Think comfortable clothing, layers for changing coastal weather, suitable walking shoes and a journal if you have a favourite.
Most importantly, bring an open mind and a willingness to give yourself this time.
-
We understand. Taking time away for yourself can feel like a big decision, particularly when it's something you don't often do.
If you're curious about the immersion but have questions, we'd love to hear from you. We're happy to talk through the experience and help you decide whether it feels right for you.
